2016 ArchiTeam Awards

The 2016 ArchiTeam Awards have recognized 10 Australian projects, with four Victorian practices and one Queensland practice receiving category awards and five practices receiving commendations.

Zoe Geyer, director of ArchiTeam, said: “The quality and number of entries this year was unprecedented, with many projects showing how intelligent, adaptive, small-footprint design solutions can result in better design outcomes for those living or working in the buildings.”

The 2016 judges were Mel Bright (director of Make Architecture), Juliet Moore (director at Edwards Moore) and Philip Thalis (founding principal of Hill Thalis Architecture and Urban Projects).
