The reconstruction and replanning of this beautifully crafted terrace house in Paddington faithfully retains the context of the street, but beyond the facade a new architecture unfolds.

This house capitalizes on the site’s area, volume and orientation. The existing levels have been carefully manipulated to provide all the living space on one level and include the inner courtyard in this large continuous space.

Good landscaping and natural light to all internal areas add to the visual delight and liveability of this commendable project.
