The competition celebrates the arrival of Danish architects, Johannes Molander Pederson and Morten Rask Gregersen, founders of Nord Architects. The duo are the 2015 Droga Architects in Residence.

The prize on offer is a trip for two to Sydney to attend the public lecture by Nord Architects on 30 March at the Sydney Opera House. The prize also includes return airfares (if required), accommodation at the Blue Hotel and dinner for two at Otto Ristorante (to the value of $300).

The competition will be judged by Edmon Capon (chair of Australian Institute of Architects Foundation) and Shaun Carter (president of the Institute’s NSW Chapter). The winning drawing and a runner up will be framed and hung in the Droga apartment, home to the Architect in Residence program, designed by Durbach Block Jaggers.

The competition closes 12 March 2015 and winners will be announced 16 March 2015. Submission requirements and full details here.

Johannes Molander Pedersen is a keynote speaker at the Health Care/Health Design conference in Melbourne on 18 March 2015. See full program here and buy tickets here.
