Delving into this book is like being invited into the personal lives of some of the most well-known figures in the design world. In this large collection of intriguing images, international photographer Martyn Thompson portrays complex, moody and intense living spaces, capturing the life that makes each interior a home.

Featured houses include those of Francisco Costa, creative director at Calvin Klein; Elsa Peretti, Italian jewellery designer at Tiffany and Co.; and Anna Sui, US fashion designer. Thompson’s home is also included in the collection, giving an extra sense of intimacy to the portfolio. Each interior is accompanied by an entry that comments on the photographic process and unique nature of the designs.
