PopPlus: bold concrete and timber pieces

The PopPlus collection of furniture pieces cleverly pairs sturdy glass fibre reinforced concrete parts with both steel and natural timber elements.

The newest addition to the range is Leksa, a modular, multi-level, customizable shelving, seating and storage unit made from concrete, American oak, Tasmanian oak and steel.

The rest of the collection consists of the Fisku Dining Table, made from concrete and American oak, the Kolo Side Table, also made from concrete and American oak, the Istu Bench, made from concrete and Ironbark and the Toob Pendant Light, which is made using concrete set in a tubular form.

The Brisbane-based PopPlus studio was started by the Järvelä brothers and consists of teams of designers and manufacturing experts who specialize in creating concrete products. All of the pieces in the collection have been designed and manufactured in Australia.
