The Authentic Design Alliance at Designex
The Authentic Design Alliance (ADA) will be at Designex 2012 promoting the merits of authentic design. The ADA is a not-for-profit group of companies and individuals that promote the importance of authentic design.
Working closely with the new team at Designex and the talented designers from A-CH Architects in Brisbane, the ADA has taken an innovative approach to informing visitors about the value of authentic design and the damaging impact of replicas on the design sector as a whole.
An interactive booth will enable visitors to engage with the ADA and show their support for designers’ rights and authentic design.
“We want to extend the reach of the ADA to a broader audience and to encourage Designex attendees to show their support in a fun and friendly way,” says founding ADA member Aidan Mawhinney.
“The Authentic Design Alliance is a positive force in the industry and one that’s open to anyone interested in helping to protect designers’ rights.”
Designex is on at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre from 14 to 16 May.
