Entries are now open for the fourth Holcim Foundation for Sustainable Construction International Awards. This international competition recognizes built environment projects that add to the discourse of sustainable construction.
Entries are invited from the sectors of architecture, building, civil engineering, landscape and urban design and include suppliers of materials, products and construction technologies. The awards also include a Next Generation category for young practitioners and students. Jurors come from renowned universities around the world and will judge entries on their contribution to the Holcim Foundation’s five targets in sustainable construction: process, people, planet, prosperity and proficiency. Winners will share in a total prize pool of USD$2 million.
Registration closes 24 March 2014, and all materials must be submitted by 31 March 2014.
