This year’s Biennale of Sydney keynote speaker is architect and artist Philip Beesley. A Canadian, Beesley will speak for about an hour on his work across the fields of art and architecture. This will encompass his interest in new technologies and their role in developing responsive environments that influence his artwork and his architectural practice, and their implications for contemporary art more broadly.
The talk is free and will be held at Sydney’s City Recital Hall on Saturday 30 June at 6.00 pm. Lord Mayor Clover Moore will open the session.
