Bontempi’s Menu kitchen, designed by Paola Navone, is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Italian kitchen.
The kitchen is made from simple traditional materials – steel, marble, wood and bilaminate, in three colours – and has a large sink, hob and plenty of storage space. Full-length rails and spacious shelves help to keep everything tidy but handy. Drawers and doors are fitted with large handles designed for easy grip. Ergonomic functionality is a core focus of the kitchen: everything is designed for ease and natural movement of the body.
The kitchen is organized into functional units – for cooking, washing, preparing and storing food and objects – yet each unit is independent and is fully functional on its own. The units can be used in existing kitchens or with other units.
Paola Navone’s portfolio includes a wide range of products, from clothing to fabrics to lamps and jewellery, as well as interior design work for showrooms and various collaborations with companies such as Armani, Knoll International, Natuzzi, Alessi and Molteni.
