Entries open: 2019 Dulux DIAlogue on Tour

The Design Institute of Australia (DIA) has announced that entries are now open for the 2019 Dulux DIAlogue on Tour – a design tour in collaboration with the Dulux. Entry to the Dulux DIAlogue on Tour is only open to DIA members.

The tour will take five winning design professionals to Singapore and Portugal in October, where they will meet and learn from local design talent.

The winners will engage in open dialogue and share ideas and viewpoints with their hosts while showcasing the talent present Australia.

“The experiences last year, especially the 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT museum in Tokyo and the Stahl House at sunset in LA were just wow,” said Danniel Dalla Riva, 2018 attendee and design director – environments of Latitude.
“Each day, the excitement and inspiration that we experienced as individuals and as group gained momentum with each unforgettable moment; the next visit, the next walk, the next Uber, the next meal together, the next laugh, the next wonderful memory. All of these amazing experiences were bonded by new friendships that I will never forget and always treasure.”

Entrants will be assessed on their contribution to design practice and thinking, personal design philosophy and what inspires them.

Entries to the DIAlogue on Tour trip close on 24 June. For more information, go here.
