The new Ilve Quadra freestanding collection, by Chef’s Du Maison Union, is designed to withstand the commercial cooking environment. It combines the latest gas and induction cooktop technology with Ilve’s upright ovens and teppanyaki hotplate.
Ilve’s new 90 cm dual fuel gas and induction cooktop has a large cooking surface and a two-zone induction hob with instantaneous heat and immediate temperature control. Above the induction zone is the teppanyaki hotplate, surrounded by a range of gas hobs including a triple-ring wok burner. Each hob has precision controls, flame failure cut-out safety devices and deep recessed spill trays, as well as heavy duty cast iron trivets and burner caps finished in matt black.
The 110-litre capacity oven has pizza, bread and pastry cooking settings, a rotisserie, a preheating function and can heat from zero degrees to 180 degrees in eight minutes. An inner door, control panel cooling fan and triple door glazing ensure safer, cooler door temperatures.
The new Ilve dual fuel gas and induction 90 cm upright oven is available from selected retailers and on display at Ilve showrooms nationally.
