in:situ – New Zealand Institute of Architects national conference

The New Zealand Institute of Architects national conference, titled “in:situ,” takes place from 14–16 February 2019.

An line-up of architects and experts in related fields, drawn from across the globe, will gather for the three-day program in Auckland. Across keynotes, presentations, architecture tours and a public lecture, the speakers will share insights on their work and explore contemporary architectural practice.

Speakers include Christopher Hawthorne (Chief Design Officer for the City of Los Angeles and former architecture critic for the Los Angeles Times), Reiner de Graaf (partner, Office of Metropolitan Architecture), Sadie Morgan (director, dRMM), Tina Gregorič and Aljoša Dekleva (Dekleva Gregorič Arhitekti), Betsy Williamson (co-founder, Williamson Williamson), Wolfram Putz (CEO, GRAFT), Gloria Cabral (Gabinete de Qrquitectura), Amin Taha (Amin Taha Architects) and Jo Noero (Noero Architects).

Up to 140 CPD points are available to registered New Zealand architects. Australian Institute of Architects members wishing to attend the conference should email conference@nzia.co.nz and provide proof of AIA membership.
