DIA Victoria Spring Dinner

This year’s DIA Victoria Spring Dinner will be held at Melbourne’s iconic Myer Mural Hall on Oaks Day evening, Thursday 3 November.

Built in 1932, the Mural Hall ballroom is considered by the National Trust to be “one of the finest Art Deco interiors in Australia.” It is named after the ten exquisite murals painted by Napier Waller in 1934. Sidney Myer, the founder of the Myer Emporium, who was renowned for innovation, commissioned the murals to pay homage to the seasons, and to women and their achievements through history in the areas of art, history, opera, literature, dance and fashion.

The evening will commence at 6:30 pm with networking over canapés, followed by a gourmet meal catered by The Big Group. There will also be chances to win some fabulous raffle prizes.

Tickets are $120 for DIA members and $140 for non-members. For bookings and more information, email Caroline Caneva by 27 October.
