Artichoke Night School No. 12 looks at how the ritual of eating and drinking influences the design of spaces for dining, and what makes for a great dining experience. Author Jill Dupleix, interior designer Paul Kelly and architect Kristin Green will explore the creation of environments for increasingly discerning diners, at Space Furniture in Sydney.

She has been the cookery editor for London’s The Times newspaper and is current editor of the The Sydney Morning Herald Good Gafe Guide.
