DIA WA Forum 2013

The twenty-first DIA WA Chapter Design Forum will be held on Sunday 26 May at the University Club of Western Australia. The forum will focus on how different design disciplines influence a city’s social and community representation and the sense of self of its citizens, as well as how a city’s design affects how its perception of those who are outside it.

The forum will enable participants to reflect and debate how these topics manifest in the Western Australian capital city of Perth and its ongoing cultural, commercial and social evolution.

Speakers include Australian Greens Senator for Western Australia Scott Ludlam, director of Planning and Development for City of Perth Martin Mileham, Sarah Scaife and Cale Mason of modular creative house Homme, and Hassell resident academic and provocateur Khoa Do.

Tickets must be booked in advance and please arrive at 8.30 am for a 9.00 am start.
