Our Houses is a nationwide program that offers architecture enthusiasts the chance to go behind the scenes to see how architects collaborate with their clients.

This event is coming to Brickworks Design Studio in Perth on 5 September 2019.

Sydney architect Hannah Tribe of Tribe Studio will be joined by her client Tina Melick and together they will present House in Paddington. Tina had lived in original Victorian terrace house since 2004 and in 2015, she approached Tribe Studio to design alterations and additions that replaced a 1970s addition. The new addition reinterprets the language of the original dwelling.

Perth architect Andrea Quagliola, a director of MORQ will present Cloister house alongside his client Rosa Docherty. Conceived as a solid enclosure, the house is arranged around a central courtyard and is constructed entirely from rammed recycled concrete.
