Parlour Summer Salon: Karen Burns and Jos Boys

Architectural historian and theorist (and ArchitectureAU contributor), Karen Burns will be joined by architect and author Jos Boys for Parlour’s Summer Salon on Sunday 21 January.

Based in London, Jos has produced a remarkable body of work over several decades. Co-founder of feminist architecture practice Matrix in 1979, she also co-authored Making Space: women and the man-made environment (1984). Her more recent work includes the Dis/Ordinary Architecture Project and the book Doing Disability Differently.

The Summer Salon also offers an opportunity to meet new people and to engage with the issues affecting and the work of women in Melbourne architecture.
