Denfair Melbourne, the original Denfair event, will take place at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 14 to 16 June.

A curation of local and international design brands, the event will feature 160 exhibitors over 12,000 square metres.

The Speaker Series, where the issues, challenges and opportunities of the design industry are discussed and debated, will return with a diverse line-up of local and international, emerging and established speakers.

Among the speakers are Joel and Kate Booy of the Netherlands-based Studio Truly Truly and New Zealand furniture designer David Trubridge. Topics on the agenda include Sex and Politics: Talking Taboos in Design, Religion: Designing Spiritual Experiences and Responsibility: Designing and Communicating Ethically.
