Maison&Objet September 2019

Maison&Objet brings together a total product offering, including decoration, design, furniture, accessories, textiles, fragrances, and tableware. Hundreds of exhibitors will gather in Paris from 6 to 10 September for Maison&Objet Paris. This year, Maison&Objet will be spotlighting the theme “work” with a dedicated 1,000 square metres space showcasing the best furnishings in for today’s offices and workspaces, as well as a special “trail” pinpointing exhibitors with work-related design solutions.

Every year, Maison&Objet spotlights the most outstanding names on the international design and decor scene today. In September 2019, French architect Laura Gonzalez has been named the Designer of the Year.

This edition of the fair will also celebrate the work of emerging designers from USA via the Rising Talents Awards. “The size and cultural diversity of the United States give rise to impressive design achievements, and we are excited to welcome the next generation of designers and their influences to Paris in September,” said Philippe Brocart, managing director of Maison&Objet organizer SAFI. Since 1995 , Maison&Objet has been the world’s foremost event for professionals of the lifestyle, interior and design industries. Every edition brings together some 3,000 brands and more than 90,000 unique visitors to the Paris fair – of which 50 percent hail from outside France.
