Ross Donaldson was group managing director and chairman of Woods Bagot from 2006 to 2016. During this time he led the practice’s six-hundred-percent growth, consolidating its presence in Asia, the Middle East and Britain, and opening in the USA. Prior to this, he taught in the architecture school at the University of Western Australia while developing a practice part-time. He now consults, primarily on strategy.
