Andrew Mackenzie is the director of City Lab, which advises the public and private sector on the procurement of architecture services for major projects. Since 2011, City Lab has assisted in more than 40 design competitions as well as other design-related outputs such as strategic frameworks, masterplans and engagement strategies.
