Florian Schätz

Florian Schätz is an architect, author and urbanist. An assistant professor in the department of architecture at the National University in Singapore, he was the designer and curator of the Singapore Pavilion at the 2010 Venice Architecture Biennale and received the President’s Design Award in 2011. He is the founder of design think tank FACE2050, which provides innovative solutions for aviation infrastructure, future urban mobility and alternatives for living off the grid. He recently published the second edition of his book, Casting Architecture: Ventilation Blocks.
