Australian wins 2019 RIBA student prize

An Australian designer has been awarded the Royal Institute of British Architects’ top prize for student projects.

Master of Architecture student Andrew Hogan’s vision for Sydney’s White Bay Power Station - ‘Link’, a sustainable energy storage facility, and a waste and water treatment plant to recycle city waste for reusable resources, also incorporating a transport hub and public plaza.

2015 Landscape Student Prize

The winners of the 2015 Landscape Architecture Australia Student Prize.

Prior to 1827, during the time the Wadawurrung tribe called Yollinko Park home, three middens were created on the site. Kardinia Creek was a clean freshwater stream surrounded by rich riparian vegetation.
