Reason + Experience will open at TAUT Space, Melbourne, at 6pm Friday 22 July 2016. The exhibition by landscape architecture and urban design practice Oculus will examine how we, as users and designers, come to know what we know, whether through reason or embodied lived experience.

Reflecting on the practice’s design of the Melbourne School of Design (MSD) landscape at the University of Melbourne, and how behavioural observation was used in generating it, the exhibition will test the truthfullness of knowledge through interpretation, real-world observation and intervention.

Reason + Experience takes place at TAUT Space – a venue that aims to facilitate exploration and discussion across disciplines.
